Rename ISO.cdr to ISO File

Rename the file from macOSHighSierra.iso.cdr to macOSHighSierra.iso

            4. Hi, thanks alot. Can I download the DMG on Windows 10 and convert it to ISO from there?
              Also can you compress the ISO using 7z for smaller file size?
